Work Location: Shanghai - Gaoqiao, Pudong (Shuttle Bus is Provided) Reporting to: Lab Supervisor People Management Responsibility: No Travel Required: No Shift Required: No JOB OBJECTIVES: Support and contribute to project or topic related activities. Support and contribute to activities required by technical service. Assist Lab Technician to fulfil required tasks MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the activities in the lab under regular and direct supervision Deliver requested results as polymer samples or results from application lab Keep material cost on low level. Show responsibility for the lab equipment being used, take care to minimize maintenance cost by good housekeeping and appropriate cleaning procedures Use of established working or testing procedures, make judgment to change work procedure within established standards. REQUIREMENTS: Education: College degree in chemistry Working experience: No requirement. Technical&Professional knowledge: Operate and maintain equipment. Language: Understand basic language. Good computer skills. |

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide technical support for the customers and the sales teams in the area of formulation and process optimization. 2. Participate as a member of the technical team to support New Business Development in order to win new businesses and to secure existing businesses. 3. Develop data base as per the directions of the Global Business Unit for bench marking and/or extension of product applications. 4. Undertake projects independently to trouble shoot as per customers‘ requirements. 5. Compile detailed and accurate scientific reports on projects and experiments. 6. Assist the Supervisor in charge of the Laboratory to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the lab. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor Degree or above in pharmaceutics or pharmacy 2. At least 3 years hands-on experience in research, development or production of pharmaceuticals 3. Good technical and professional knowledge in pharmaceuticals & formulations 4. Support and coordinate with other disciplines regarding E&I issues. 4. Provide functional leadership and support to E&I team. 5. Supprot project cost estimates and definition of key quantities. 6. Implement and supervise the field electrical works for construction, test & commissioning. 7. Develop electric concepts and ensure codes and standards. 8.
