职位描述：	Duties  &  responsibilities:                1.Overall:  Assist  in  HR  manager  for  implementing  the  HR  strategies  in  full  HR  spectrum         2.Percentage  for  the  job  in  HR  function:         a.C&B:  40%  (Including  payroll  calculation,  analysis  report  and  employee  movement,  housing  fund,  social  and  commercial  insurance  etc)         b.Training:  20%  (Including  planning,  training  needs  analysis,  training  evaluation,  logistics  arrangement  etc)         c.Employee  relationship:  20%  (Including  labor  issue  handling,  activity  organization,  motivation  program  implementation  etc)         d.Recruitment:  10%  (Including  screen  candidate  during  on-site  interview,  filing  management  etc)         e.Performance  &  Development  Dialogue:  10%                Qualification  Requirements         1.Bachelor  Degree         2.Over  5  years  relevant  working  experiences  in  HR  areas  in  a  multi-national  company         3.With  strong  ability  in  execution,  analysis,  quick  response  and  systematic  thinking         4.Good  command  on  both  written  &  spoken  English  &  PC  skills         5.Good  at  communication,  presentation  and  writing  skills         6.Good  personality  and  result  orientation.
