主要工作职责 Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Quantitative target :l 协助制定和实施公司市场策略和年度市场推广计划。Support to set up and implement marketing strategy and annual marketing action plan ; .l 组织公司年度展会（亚太区/欧洲个人护理产品原料展）参展事宜；Organize annul exhibition of PHCi and In-Cosmetics;
Qualitative target:l 负责市场信息收集，提出产品和市场发展的建议Support R&D team by collecting market intelligence and proposal of product development;l 负责制定市场拓展和产品宣传的计划和执行； Responsible for marketing development plan and implementation, organize product promotion and other market events;l 配合研发部门做好合规工作并与行业协会及其他主管机构保持联系并及时提供相关信息Support R&D to achieve regulation conformity by keeping contact with industrial institutions and offering R&D withUpdated information;Requirements:¨ University degree, major in chemistry or related;化学专业本科或相关专业¨ At least 3 years working experience in Fine Chemicals for cosmetic/personal care industry or related; 3年以上化妆品/个人护理品行业精细化工产品或相关行业从业经验¨ Marketing experience is preferred;具有从事市场工作检验者优先考虑；¨ Be able to work under pressure;¨ Self-motivated ;愿意面对工作压力及挑战¨ Fluent with written/spoken English良好的英语读写能力及流利口语¨ Good with MS Office;熟练使用办公软件； |
