| 职位描述： |
(A) Purpose of the Position
To manage maintenance department and oversee the daily running of maintenance department.
To perform the engineering project for building construction,capital equipment,production process and utility.
To Provide engineering service to production, equipment maintenance, and all labs.
(B) Main Tasks of the Position
1.Update maintenance calendar annually
2.Review and update preventive maintenance procedure to ensure the procedure is good enough and operational
3.Fulfill PM procedure and other relative procedure.
4.Direct and coordinate completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibility.
5.Engineering project scheduling control.
6.Perform engineering duties in planning and designing the layout and manufacturing flow of production equipment.
7.Working on the improvement of all labs including layout, ventilation, heating, air conditioning and humidification.
8.Conduct engineering analysis for production process/equipment improvement and new equipment.
9.Perform engineering improvement for HSE purpose continuously.
10.Make the AutoCAD layout drawings in production area, labs, office area. etc.
11.Oversee installation,operation,maintenance,and repair of such equipment as HSD’s, mixers, fixed tanks, portable tanks, process line, HVAC, dust collector, compressed air system. etc. provide technical support for maintenance department.
12.Arrange the contractors and supervise the installation of new equipment.
13.Responsible for the start-up of product manufacturing.
14.Vender/contractor/quotation evaluation on construction, decoration, new equipment, equipment modification and other engineering works.
15.Utility commissioning, trial after build up
16.Administration works on application for land purchasing,duty free permit for imported equipment, and public utility service. etc
(C) HSEMS and QS Compliance
1. Be an active participant in the company‘s initiatives to improve its Quality and HSE Management Systems
2. Agree annually with your line manager specific, measurable targets to improve HSEMS and QS
3. Agree annually with your reports specific measurable targets consistent with those agreed with your manager
4. Set high standards of performance for self, others and the company
(D) Qualification Requirements
1、University degree
2、Fluent English, both oral and written
3、Computer skill is good
4、Related experience in manufacturing background
5、Be familiar with the equipment process
6、Result Orientation
7、Initiative
8、Customer Focusl Team Player
9、Good in communication and learning
10、Problem solving skills |
