| 职位描述： |
(A) Purpose of the Position
To perform the engineering project for building construction, capital equipment, production process and utility so as to ensure plant operations.
To Provide engineering service to production, equipment maintenance, and all labs.
(B) Main Tasks of the Position
1. Instruct lead hands and operators in the day-to-day performance of their duties.
2. Be responsible for proper production method, layouts, and materials supply.
3. Train and supervise employees in the proper quality-check procedures in order to control the rate of scrap.
4. Lead or involve in continuous improvement projects in production.
5. Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements. Solve production related problems
6. Responsible for staff and equipment management in production lines, ensure that all technical process and quality are followed.
7. Responsible for controlling and developing production process to improve quality and productivity by working close with QC, Labs or related department.
8. Other Duties As Assigned
(C) HSEMS and QS Compliance
1. Be an active participant in the company‘s initiatives to improve its Quality and HSE Management Systems
2. Agree annually with your line manager specific, measurable targets to improve HSEMS and QS
3. Agree annually with your reports specific measurable targets consistent with those agreed with your manager
4. Set high standards of performance for self, others and the company
(D) 5S Compliance
- Clearing the unnecessary goods of work place.
- Cleaning up the goods so that we can keep and find them.
- Always keep the work place clean
- Follow 5S policy and tradition
- Put the 5S training in the daily work
(E) Qualification Requirements
1、Chemical University degree
2、Fluent English, both oral and written
3、Computer skill is good
4、Related experience in manufacturing background
5、Be familiar with the equipment process
6、Result Orientation

10、Good in communication and learning
11、Problem solving skills
