Requirements: 要求
1. 5-10 years working in reputable paint company as senior technician or in leading furniture factories as finishing line supervisor. 5至10年知名油漆公司高级技术员工经验或在知名家具厂任涂料主管的经验
2. Excellent in color matching,American antique finishing with broad knowledge of wood processing and production line management. 在配色方面非常突出，在木器工艺的美式仿古涂料方面很有经验，及有生产管理方面的经验．
3. Open, sincere and friendly, good communication skills (internally &externally) and creative independent problem solving capabilities are as important as technical skills. 性格方面要求开朗、诚恳、友善、对内和对外具有良好的沟通能力，技术过硬、有创新性、具有独立解决问题的能力。
4. Special Requirements / Skills : Color matching , good at NC, PU, WB coating application and duplicate customer control panels. UV coating knowledge will be preferred but not necessary特别的要求／技术：配色、在ＮＣ，ＰＵ，ＷＢ涂料应用方面擅长，能复制客户控制色板，若在ＵＶ涂料方面有经验的优先。 |
