| 职位描述： |
(A) Purpose of the Position
To work efficiently aspects of the batch making process and consistent with its process and safety guiding principles. 安全、高速、有效的完成生产任务，并严格遵守各项安全规章制度和工艺要求
(B) Duties and Responsibilities
1. Know and master the general safety regulations,must master proper using anti-static clamps. Know HMIS code and wearing PPE properly. 了解并掌握基本的安全规章条例，必须掌握静电夹的正确使用方法。了解危险信息识别系统并正确的佩戴个人劳动防护用品。
2. In charge of raw material accurate weighting and dumping, following up process specification to making products properly 掌握原材料的准确称量和倒料工作，严格遵循工艺要求进行生产。
3. Know how to handling, discharging NC 掌握硝化棉的安全搬运、安全投料程序
4. Know about different products packing size with container type, master filling skill which by gravity and by pump cart, know how to distinguish filters bag spec 掌握不同产品的包装规格和包装桶的规格，熟练利用重力和灌装机进行产品的灌装操作，准确的分辨不同规格的 过滤袋
5. Master operation of different machine such as mixers,air mixers,HSD, sand mill and Keypad etc. 掌握各种生产设备的安全操作程序，例如：分散机、高速搅拌机、砂磨机和打料控制屏等
6. Understand all information which listed on the batch ticket, and absolutely follow up the production supervisor actual daily working arrangement, act as team worker with team spirits and help each others on the daily work 掌握和了解生产单上所有列出的信息，服从于生产主管的每日工作安排，表现出优秀的团队和协作精神
7. Master Aluminum and Non-Aluminum products different making process specification 掌握含铝粉和不含铝粉产品的不同生产工艺要求
(C) HSEMS and QS Compliance
1. Complain with company’s HSE regulations strictly 绝对服从公司的健康、安全和环保条例
2. No wrong batch making happen and wrong labeling 不允许生产出错和贴错标签 |
