| 职位描述： |
(A)Purpose of the Position
To assist Lab Manager in the everyday running of the lab,which include all the product development and modifications.He or she also needs to provide and lead technicians both technically as well as trouble shooting.协助实验室经理的日常工作，包括所有产品的改良，也必需提供在解决质量问题方面的技术咨询。
(B)Main Tasks of the Position
1. Product development and modification.Have to ensure that product developed comply with the requirements of ROSH and HAZMAT (Hazardous Material) Restriction.新产品设计和改良，必须确保产品满足ROSH和HAZMAT（有害物质）的限量。
2. Making samples for customers’ for trial purpose.用于客户试验性的样品制作。
3. Raw material evaluation.原材料评估。
4. Color matching on wet retains/dry panels from customer对于客户干样和湿样颜色的调配。
5. Running tests on finishing parts with coatings.成品的物性检测。
6. To maintain cleanliness of the lab area.实验室卫生工作的维护。
7. To monitor in production the making of the first batch of the new formulation.新产品第一次生产时的现场监督。
8. To approve the color of the in-production Solvent-based,Water based and Ultra-Violet (UV) Curable products.批准在生产中溶济类，水性类颜色产品。
(C)HSEMS and QS Compliance
1. To reduce the risk of running into the raw materials that are non-compliance;减少不合格原材料的使用。
2. To test thoroughly the product development and modification before introduce to the market;产品进入之前的测试
3. Set high standards of performance for self, others and the company "设定高标准为自已，他人及公司。
(D)Skills and Qualification Requirements
1. A basic tertiary education.
2. Minimal of 2-3 years of working experience in Coating business.1-3年的涂料工作台经验.
3. Have good understanding and knowledge on coatings. 在涂料方面有很好的理解。
4. Able to write and speak basic English. 能进行英文方面的读写。
5. Good analytical mind.好的分析能力。
6. Able to work indepe ndently.独立的工作能力。
7. Able to write report.报告书写能力。
8. Sensitive to color, able to see/differentiate color and good in color adjustments.对颜色有很好的判断能力。
9. Able to color match in the given time frame.在给予的时间内调配颜色。 |
